2025年9月10日（水）に、オルクドール・サロンAOYAMA 12階（東海東京フィナンシャル・グループ）にて、株式会社キーレイズ 代表取締役の齋田真司氏の著書「『キーエンス最強の働き方』— 新人からベテランまで、最短で成果を最大化するシンプルなルール —」の出版記念対談＆交流会が開催されました。

On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, a special talk session and networking event was held at Orque d’Or Salon AOYAMA 12F (Tokai Tokyo Financial Group), celebrating the publication of the new book by Mr. Shinji Saida, CEO of Keyraise Inc., titled “The Keyence Way of Working: Simple Rules to Maximize Results in the Shortest Time — For Everyone from Newcomers to Veterans.”

シリコンバレーベンチャーズCEOの森若幸次郎はモデレーターを務め、著者の齋田真司氏に、キーエンス時代に営業ビリからスタートし、前代未聞の3期連続・全社1位を達成した実体験に基づく成果の法則についてお伺いしました。

また、来場者には著書もプレゼントされ、齋田氏から「常に挑戦！！」の言葉とともにサインをいただく機会もありました。

John Kojiro Moriwaka, CEO of Silicon Valley Ventures, served as the moderator and interviewed author Shinji Saida about his unique journey — starting from the bottom ranks in sales at Keyence and rising to achieve an unprecedented record of ranking No.1 company-wide for three consecutive terms. The discussion focused on the principles of achieving results, based on his real-life experiences.

All attendees received a complimentary copy of the book, and many had the opportunity to receive a personalized autograph from Mr. Saida, along with his powerful message: “Always keep challenging yourself!”
